This three bedroom, two bath home is the perfect Keys getaway. A great Upper Keys location in the popluar neighborhood of Plantation Key Colony, puts you close to attractions, shopping, dining and much more. There is even a small boutique grocery store right across the street - Payfair Market is a locals favorite.
Decoreated in tropical colors with new furnishings, this home has room for everyone. The master suite features a king -sized bed with private master bath with walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 2nd guest bedrom has two twin beds. Full linens are included in each room and each bath.
The open living area has a kitchen with center island, creating a perfect place to start your day with a light breakfast as you plan your sightseeing. There is an inviting living area just across from the kitchen, with two sofas and comforatable chairs. It's a perfect spot to read or watch TV.
At the end of the day, you can watch the sun set over the neighborhood from the screened porch, adjacent to both the living room and kitchen.
Boating activities are a breeze from the concrete dockage, with nearly instant access to Florida Bay and quick Ocean access via nearby Tavernier Creek.
Boat lift is set up for a dual hull, lift can be modified for a mono hull at an additional fee of $900, balance of the dock can be used at no additional fee, Total dock age with owners boat on lift is 30 feet
