The larger home has open spaces for everyone’s enjoyment, including a huge screened in porch where one can enjoy coffee or cocktails with a beautiful bay view. Located on a deep canal and open bay, the houses offer swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding or fishing right off the dock. A new private pool with cooling/heating system has been added and will make your stay even more relaxing. For more family fun, there’s horseshoes, ping pong and bikes. With the compound’s excellent location, serious fisherman can jump in their boat and in minutes be fishing in the Gulf or the Atlantic. Nearby Sugarloaf Marina has all your fishing needs, including boat rentals. Pontoon slide boats are available (and ice cream too!) Sunsets are fabulous here and can be enjoyed from your porch seats or under the tiki hut as palm trees sway above your head. Sugarloaf Key has a fine dining restaurant and a walking/biking trail and don’t forget the jumping bridge-an adventure for everyone. This beautiful compound is located on the ocean side of US1 and is only minutes - from Key West and all that it offers-great restaurants, cinemas and live theatre, famous bars, and sunset celebrations at Mallory Square.

The Sugarloaf Family Compound is available for Lobster Season and has dockage for a boat.
If you don’t need anything quite so large, both houses can be rented individually.

Monroe County, Florida 28 Day Rule.
The Monroe County Board of Commissioners has voted to disallow short-term rentals in most residential neighborhoods. This means we are no longer allowed to rent these homes on a weekly basis and can only rent for periods of 27 nights or more to no more than one party.

CANCELLATION: Under certain conditions such as severe weather, fire, or other hazardous conditions, Keyswide Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation. If Tenant cancels the reservation, owners or their agent will attempt to rebook the premises at the same rate. If owners or their agents are able to rebook the premises, tenant will receive a refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If owners and their agent are unable to rebook the premises, Tenant’s rental payment, excluding departure-cleaning charges, will be forfeited as follows: 100% is forfeited if cancellation is within 60 days of the arrival date; 25% is forfeited if cancellation is more than 60 days prior to the arrival date. Please notify us as soon as possible of cancellation and then send a WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. If you prefer a FULL refund, Please ask the agent about CSA Travel Protection Insurance that we offer.
