How do I check in?
Except for after-hours and Sunday or Holiday arrivals, check-in is usually at our offices, located on the main highway (U.S. One or Overseas Highway) in Key Largo. Your rental agent will provide specific details for each reservation.
Are pets allowed?
Condominiums do not allow rental guests to bring pets. We do have several single-family homes which are pet friendly. Please ask your agent.
Are towels and linens provided?
Each of our rental properties is stocked with extra bed linens & blankets, pillows and a generous supply of bath towels. Beach/pool towels are also provided.
Is there internet access?
Many of our properties offer free high-speed internet access for guests, either wireless or via Ethernet cable. If this amenity is not listed in the property description, please ask your rental agent if it can be supplied for a small additional fee. There are also a number of local restaurants & businesses that offer wireless internet service to the public, as well as our local Public Library.

How do I make a reservation?
Either online through this website, or you can call 1-877-400-0105 and ask for a rental agent.
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
