Our 75' concrete step-down dock makes boating easy and fun. Guests are welcome to use our 2 canoes and tandem kayak for their enjoyment. Just a short ride out to the open water for fishing, diving, and snorkeling.

Be sure to visit the famous No Name Pub just up the road. It is the oldest bar in the Keys offering delicious pizza, and a variety of tasty items on the menu. Watch for the Key Deer that roam freely in the area. Close to local shopping, restaurants, tiki bars and area attractions. Spend a day on one of the local charter boats for fishing, diving or snorkeling.

Take a trip down to Key West for the Sunset Celebration or a romantic Sunset Cruise. Or visit one of the many venues offering the finest in live entertainment and great food. Be sure to take a stroll up and down Duval Street and visit the art galleries, shops, and more.

Monroe County, Florida 28 Day Rule
The Monroe County Board of Commissioners has voted to disallow short-term rentals in most residential neighborhoods. This means we are no longer allowed to rent these homes on a weekly basis and can only rent for periods of 28 days or more to no more than one party.

Peak Season Dates:
Peak Season: Runs from December through March 31st and July & August for Lobster Season.

Cancelation Policy:
Under certain conditions such as severe weather, fire or other hazardous conditions, or situations involving a particular rental property beyond our control, Century 21 Island Life reserves the right to cancel any reservation. If Tenant cancels the reservation, owners or their agent will attempt to rebook the premises at the same rate. If owners or their agents are able to rebook the premises, tenant will receive a refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If owners and their agent are unable to rebook the premises, Tenant’s rental payment, excluding departure-cleaning charges, will be forfeited as follows: 100% is forfeited if cancellation is within 60 days of the arrival date; 25% is forfeited if cancellation is more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.  Please notify us as soon as possible of cancellation and then send a WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. Please ask the agent about CSA Travel Protection Insurance.
